Filton Avenue Nursery School recently celebrated an incredible milestone, marking a collective 75 years of service to Early Years from Johnny, Liz and Gavin, who have all retired this year.
The nursery gave Johnny, Liz and Gavin a lovely send-off, complete with cards, gifts and a personal poem for each of them, wonderfully read by MC Dave. It was a fitting tribute to three people who have given so much to the nursery and to the countless children and families they have supported over the years. Between them, their 75 years of dedication have touched the lives of so many children, helping to give them the very best start in life.
As the saying goes, “goodbye tension, hello pension!” Filton Avenue wishes Johnny, Liz and Gavin all the very best in their well-deserved retirement, with heartfelt thanks for everything they have contributed over their many years of service. Their warmth, commitment and care will be remembered fondly by all who had the pleasure of working alongside them.
