The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have at least 1 year of experience working with children aged 2–4 years
- Be passionate about the care and development of young children
- Be committed to working collaboratively with parents/carers and the wider team
- Have experience working with vulnerable families
- Bring innovation and a fresh, free-thinking approach to early years education
- Be able to inspire, motivate, and positively impact both children and colleagues
- Hold a relevant L3 qualification to work in Early Years.
The successful candidate will initially work with children aged 3-4 years, supporting their development in a nurturing environment.

SEND Support Early Years Practitioner
We are looking for a SEND Support Early Years Practitioner who:
- Is committed to building warm, respectful professional relationships with 2, 3 and 4-year-olds and their families
- Has experience working with children with additional needs
- Can scaffold children’s learning and lead learning in a range of SEND intervention groups
- Can work with the team to create and maintain an inspiring learning environment
- Has excellent communication skills and can work positively in a team
- Is observant of all children’s attempts to communicate and can foster children’s skills to express themselves
- Can work with the team to ensure all children’s safety in our busy nursery environment
- Has a relevant Early Years qualification
