We are looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner who:

• Is committed to building warm, respectful key person relationships with 2, 3 and 4 year olds and their families

Little Hayes Nursery School is a learning community where children, families and staff learn with and from each other in a spirit of mutual respect. In this new role the successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to be actively involved in the development of this new way of working. Knowle West Nursery School is a unique place for children and families. We are an attachment-aware, trauma-informed setting and place emotional well-being and relationships at the heart of our curriculum.

In March 2024, we received the Trauma and Mental Health Informed School Award, and we are the first early years setting and nursery school in the country to receive this validation.

From January 2026, we are looking for experienced BG5 Early Years Practitioners to join our highly skilled, nurturing family team.
