Knowle West Nursery School is a unique place for children and families. We are an attachment-aware, trauma-informed setting and place emotional well-being and relationships at the heart of our curriculum.

In March 2024, we received the Trauma and Mental Health Informed School Award, and we are the first early years setting and nursery school in the country to receive this validation.

From January 2026, we are looking for experienced BG5 Early Years Practitioners to join our highly skilled, nurturing family team. If you are passionate about the Early Years and have creative, warm, engaging and playful practice that supports inclusion, and are enthusiastic about providing high-quality provision, then we are looking for you.

Applicants will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity and commitment to working with children and their families, a strong knowledge of the EYFS and experience of supporting vulnerable learners.
