The Role

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Teacher to join our team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers who are ready to begin their teaching journey in a supportive and inspiring nursery school environment.

You will:

  • Plan and lead engaging learning experiences informed by play, exploration, and excellent child development knowledge
  • Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
  • Work collaboratively within a skilled team who value creativity, reflective practice, and shared learning

Person Specification

Essential:

  • QTS or EYTS (or working towards completion before September)
  • Understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS curriculum
  • A reflective, caring, and enthusiastic approach
  • Commitment to inclusive, high quality early education
  • Strong safeguarding practice
