Working with us at Little Hayes and Speedwell Nursery Schools Federation means joining a thriving learning community where children, families and staff truly ‘learn and grow together’ in an atmosphere of mutual respect and collaboration. As part of our federated team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work across two outstanding settings, each with its own distinct character yet united by our shared commitment to providing exceptional early years education for 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds. Our experienced and passionate staff create environments where children are excited to come to nursery each day, stimulated and challenged to develop their lifelong love of learning. We believe in nurturing creativity, celebrating diversity, and ensuring every voice is heard – values that extend to our team as much as our children. With our strong community connections, beautiful learning environments, and unwavering focus on high-quality teaching, you’ll find yourself part of a dedicated family that’s genuinely committed to giving children the very best start in life while supporting your own professional growth and development in a setting where everyone truly matters and belongs.
