Over the summer holidays, The Limes invested in significant improvements to their outdoor learning spaces. The newly renovated Green Room garden now provides enhanced opportunities for physical development and creative play. Children have been enthusiastically exploring this transformed educational environment, constructing walkways and designing obstacle courses that support their gross motor skills and problem-solving abilities.

This improved outdoor classroom demonstrates The Limes’ commitment to providing rich, varied learning experiences that support children’s holistic development in their early years.

Fostering Early Years Development

This term, The Limes has prioritized helping children reconnect and build upon their previous learning experiences. In Green Room, educators are focusing on supporting children’s social and emotional development, encouraging new friendships and collaborative learning opportunities that are fundamental to quality early years education.

Red Room has been buzzing with language and communication activities, as children engage with interactive games and songs that develop their vocabulary and social skills. Through carefully planned group activities, children are exploring concepts of safety and community responsibility, demonstrating the critical thinking skills that underpin effective early years learning.
